WALTHAM, Mass., Dec. 20, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Raytheon Company (NYSE: RTN) announced today that Rebecca R. Rhoads has been named president of the company's Global Business Services (GBS) group, effective immediately. Rhoads, a vice president of Raytheon Company, will remain the company's chief information officer (CIO).
The GBS group was established in January 2013 to expand common business operations across the company's enterprise service delivery areas, including sectors of Raytheon's supply chain management, finance, information technology, human resources and advanced media functions. The Global Business Services group includes 3,500 employees worldwide. Rhoads will continue to be based at corporate headquarters in Waltham, Mass.
